MS Excel VB Macro

I need a macro written that will do the following
Using an Array or other method take a list of current column names and a list of new col names and do the following
1) Find all of the current names and rename the column headers/titles in row 1 and rename them to the new names
2) Delete all columns that are not in the list
3) reorder all the columns to the order in the new heading names list
