Excel MACRO and VBA expert for import / export data to database

Create a macro in order to save on a DB some data by copying them from a list of multiple files on XLS format.
Please open attached file first (DEV.zip) where you can find import and export files with all requirements specified on Excel cells as comment.
Default password for access to files is "123".
MOVI_SAIT_DB file : Database
MOVI_DB_Builder_v1 : File which contains VBA to import and export data
MOVI_Client_v1 : Input file for new data to be stored on DB
