Excel - Language translations selector

I attached the excel file with the translations to the task.
I want that the German original (Column A) is shown all the time and the other languages Columns B-L can be picked by the viewer in a drop down... when selected the selected translation should show up. (default translation without individual selection should be English.
Pay Attention there are 20 Tabs which need the same setup.
