Excel =LET() function puzzle

Job ID: 32703773

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I'm an Excel hobbyist learning to use the =LET() function and dynamic spill arrays. My test project is basically to use LET() to convert a simple data table to a slightly different table, where I create a new row for Employee that doesn't exist in the source table, reorder some fields, and add a couple columns and split the name fields into individual First Name and Last Name fields.

I have accomplished about 90% of the above, except the first part: creating a new row for the employee.

Your mission, should you accept, is to complete or repair my LET() formula so it creates a new row dedicated to just the employee data.

In the attached workbook I have some notes in cells to further explain.
