I require assistance with creating a custom Excel KPI document for my business to track crucial performance indicators like Sales Revenue and Productivity. Expertise in Excel along with an understanding of KPI tracking is necessary for this project.
Specific requirements include:
- The KPIs of focus are Sales Revenue and Productivity.
- The data or metrics we need to track include Monthly Sales Revenue, Quarterly Sales Growth, Employee Productivity and Project Completion Rate.
- All sales revenue data should be represented as a Bar Chart in Excel.
As such, the ideal freelancer should be proficient in Excel formulas and charts creation, and have previous experience with KPI tracking and reporting documents. Understanding of business performance metrics, particularly in a sales environment, will be an advantage.
