Excel Invoice Template Formatting

I have a batch of draft invoices that need a clean, consistent layout built directly in Excel. Every invoice has to carry an itemized list of services or products, and that list must appear as a numbered sequence—no bullet points or tables.
Beyond that core requirement, I want the usual invoice essentials (logo space, address blocks, totals, and payment instructions) positioned so the document prints neatly on A4 without manual tweaking each time. Once you finish, I should be able to open the workbook, duplicate the sheet, plug in new data, and have a finished invoice ready to send.
Deliverable: a reusable Excel file with the numbered-list itemization already styled, plus any brief notes I need to adjust colors or fonts later.
