Excel Investment Calculator Required
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
Hi,
I would like to have an excel calculator built for investments, specifically ETFs. It would need to have inputs for variables of principle, annual percent growth rate, inflation rate, compounding interval (daily), investment period start date, end date, and also alternatively able to be calculated by period (years), contribution amount, contribution interval. It will need to calculate ETF management fees (% p.a.), as well as contribution fee.
Now for the tricky part I haven't been able to work out. Variable contributions. I want to be able to input an annual rate of increase for contribution, but more importantly have multiple (min. 10), fields where I can specify, from x date, or after x years, y contribution amount, z contribution interval. This will also need to include the contribution fee input.
E.g. For the 1st year, I want to contribute 400 a fortnight. Then for the 2ndyear through to the 5th year, I want to contribute 1000 a month. Then from 6 year to 10 year, I want to contribute 1000 a week. Etc. Every contribution involves a $10.5 contribution fee. So I want to be able to change the contributions and play around with it and see that effect, and see the effect of a changing contribution fee.
I want this calculator to be able to calculate for 100 years min.
I would like the results in both a table and a graph, showing contributions, interest and total, and fees.
