Excel Inventory Report Automation

I have an existing spreadsheet of inventory movements and I need it transformed into a clean, automated tool that does two things for me:
1) embeds robust, reusable formulas so I can drop in fresh raw data each month without touching cell logic, and
2) produces clear inventory reports that highlight purchase-order activity and related sales data side by side.
The core deliverable is an Inventory Report sheet (or dashboard) driven purely by Excel formulas—no external add-ins—so the file remains self-contained and easy for my team to maintain. If a mix of SUMIFS, INDEX + MATCH, structured references, named ranges, or pivot tables makes the workflow faster, feel free to use them, but the final workbook must stay readable and well-commented.
Acceptance criteria:
• One-click refresh pulls the latest purchase orders and sales figures into the report.
• All formulas are error-handled and locked against accidental edits.
• Layout is printer-friendly and filters work on any Excel version from 2016 onward.
