Your job is to open each PDF, locate the matching item, and confirm that the quantity and the description recorded in the spreadsheet are identical to what appears in the source document.
Flag any discrepancies in a new column, note the correct value, and highlight the cell so it’s easy for me to review later. When the spreadsheet is clean, send back the updated file along with a short summary of the differences you found and corrected. Accuracy is critical, so please be comfortable working with Excel functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP or conditional formatting if you find them helpful, but manual confirmation against every PDF line is still required.
