Excel Help - Accountability Spreadsheet

I own an insurance agency in which we track production of Sales Producers and Customer Service representatives on an Excel spreadsheet. With recent turnover, we have had to make adjustments. We are unable to view production activity for one CSR on spreadsheet. Need to correct that plus make change to spreadsheet where we can easily adjust for new team members and remove those who terminate.
