Excel Guru for Account Management Insights

I am looking for an Account manager who's proficient in data analysis through excel. Your task will be twofold:
1. Data Analysis:
- Analyse sales data with a focus on product usage and customer complaints.
- Interpret customer feedback to understand their primary concerns.
2. Reporting Insights:
- Identify trends and patterns in the data; review these observations against sales and customer feedback.
- Highlight areas that require improvements, based on your analysis.
