Excel/Google Sheets: Import Template

Hello, thank you for taking the time to read my project description! I am looking for an Excel/Google Sheets expert to help develop a template Google sheet for a disability services organization. The spreadsheet would be used by our staff to enter how much we owe contractors for services they have provided to individuals. The spreadsheet they are using would reference other tabs containing things like approved rates by individual and by service, census data, vendor IDs in our accounting software, etc. The template would then take the information used in the first tab entered by the staff and convert it into two import files - one to import into our bank and one to import into our accounting software. The bank import would roll up the totals owed by contractor and would not need to be separated by service. The accounting software import would require more details and would need to be separated by line item by service and by individual.

Once I you have been selected for this project, I should have all the info you need - the current spreadsheet that our staff is using, rate sheets, census formatting, import formats, etc.

The overall purpose of this project is to make the service line more scalable by limiting the amount of manual data entry is needed and also to prevent more payment mistakes by limiting the data entry that it required by staff and accounting.
