Excel to Google Sheets Data Transfer

Hello,
I have an Excel file with 3 tabs.
Each tab has two columns. Column a has a domain in text and column b has a hyperlink to the domain in column a.
There are just under 1,000,000 rows in each of the 3 tabs, thus 3,000,000 total.
Each time I try and copy and paste into my Google Worksheet, my connection times out.
I'm looking for someone that can copy and past column b of the 3 tabs with 1,000,000 rows in each from an Excel file into a Google Worksheet.
The links should work upon completion. If they don't work, then we would need to copy and paste column which is the text version of the domain instead of the hyperlink and drag a formula down a column next to the text version as it is now.
I'm looking for someone that can do this now.
For someone that knows how to do this, I think this is a very simple project.
