Excel or Google Sheet Created for calculations

I need an Excel or Google sheet created to act as a cost estimator for specific work. The page will have several cells with text drop-down menus and but each option in the drop-down needs to have a numeric value associated with is posing to be tricky. Essentially the goal is that someone can select different options and be given a quote that we can use for bidding a project without actually having to know the numbers. All fields and values will be supplied. We just need someone very familiar with spreadsheets to build it out in a timely fashion. I'm attaching the fields and values and an outline of the sheet so that you canget a better understanding of what we are looking for. If your are good at Excel this should be a pretty quick and easy project. We would like to have this by June 14th, 2023.
