Excel to Google Sheet

I want to transfer Excel file (.xls or xlsx) from my local pc folder as it is to a specific Google Sheet file.
It should only two inputs.
1) Excel file name with path. eg D:\Project\Abc.xls.
2) Google Sheet Id.
