Excel to Gnat schedule

I'm looking for help to convert an existing Excel spreadsheet into an automated, Gantt chart planning tool. I need someone to help me create a versatile and dynamic plan for my project which will make it easier for me to track and monitor my project's progress.

Can convert to dynamic Excel sheet or transfer to Microsoft Project what ever is easier.

Note Colors are crews
Orange = Land Crew
Red = 14K Crew
Dark Blue =130 Crew
Light Blue = Dive Crew
