Excel / GSheets Configuration and Reporting

We store critical client tracking data in Google Sheets. This helps us monitor our performance to ensure we hit our customer SLAs, and are tracking our own performance internally.
There are around 7 SLAs we wish to track, plus some additional internal KPIs. They tend to be date, price and time driven.
We are looking for someone with strong excel skills that is able to take a very small amount of current data (15-20 lines), and set it up so that as data increasing reporting is already in place.
