Excel Function Creation & Data Importing

I am searching for a professional who can provide assistance with Excel functions. While my specific requirements have some wiggle room, I am particularly looking for an individual with a strong background in Excel. Your experience in maneuvering through the platform functionalities will be critical in ensuring the success of this project.
The key function of the project will be:
- Developing and implementing Excel functions. Although I am unsure of exactly what functions will be needed, your knowledge will help guide this project in the right direction.
- Importing data from another Excel file. I have an existing Excel file that needs to be effectively incorporated into the functions we will create.
Ideal Skills/Experience:
