Excel Formulas for Financial Analysis

WIth reference to the attached document (Book1), from column Q onwards there is a data set, consisting of a day/date and 4nr columns for in each day/date. I'd like to know, cumulatively:
a) For days Monday to Thursday, the total hours for each column under the heading 'Duration Hours' that is 8 hours and under.
b) For days Monday to Thursday, the total hours for each column under the heading 'Duration Hours' that is in excess of 8 hours.
c) For days Friday, the total hours for each column under the heading 'Duration Hours' that is 7 hours and under.
d) For days Friday, the total hours for each column under the heading 'Duration Hours' that is in excess of 7 hours.
e)For days Saturday and Sunday, the total hours for each column under the heading 'Duration Hours' that is 8 hours and under.
f) For days Saturday and Sunday, the total hours for each column under the heading 'Duration Hours' that is in excess of 8 hours
I attach the data (Book1). In that spreadsheet, i also attach on the 2nd tab a worked example of the output so you can get an idea for what i need.
