Excel Formulas Guru

Hello

I need an excel guru who knows formulas for a Maximum 30 mins as I need 2 formulas to do the following:

Look at Column C in 'Master' sheet
- Take first Cell, then compare this with Column A in 'CostData' Sheet
- if it matches then Add Yes in Column D & copy Cost from 'CostData' F to 'Master' - Column E
- Repeat for all remaining Cells in Column C

Take the Item Number in Column A, Generate a barcode in Column B.. The barcode is 13 digits

Honestly very straight forward. I know this will need vlookup, if, match or similar formula.
