Excel Formula create a sheet inside Google Sheets

I need someone to create a simple sheet in form view of google sheets warehouse team enter their pick how many items and start time and finish time and has date stamp this is already setup. I need someone to setup the sheet to display each persons picks and how long it has taken them so KPI how many picks and also how many picks week and monthly and year. If they could also make the dashboard look nice as well this will be on a TV Screen inside the warehouse. I will share the google forms login with the winner.
