Excel Formula Filter Help

The Nikki Atty Filter and Nikki Paralegal Filter sheets are filtered based on the employee name. All the other columns fill in from there. This may be sent to directors weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly tbd. If I send them the sheet week 1 I don't want them to see the same information along with week 2 data, unless an issue from week 1 is unresolved. Basically I want the formula to say pull this data based on the employee name. Only show new issues from this specific time period unless there is an old issue that remains unresolved.
