Excel Fix: Calculations & Formatting

I'm urgently seeking an Excel guru to address several issues plaguing my spreadsheet.
When i copy check boxes to new lines, they don't add to the calculation properly.
Some of the check boxes, when click automatically check other check boxes which shouldn't happen.
There are some other calculation changes i would like to make as well.
