I have a set of company financial records already organised in an Excel spreadsheet and I need a fresh pair of eyes to run a concise descriptive-statistics review. The focus is strictly on mean and median values across the key columns—no wider dispersion metrics are required at this stage.
All source data sit in a single workbook, so you can dive straight into formulas, PivotTables, or the Analysis ToolPak—whatever gets the clearest summary fastest. The final deliverable I’m expecting is an updated copy of the file with:
• A clean, well-labelled summary section that shows the calculated means and medians for each relevant metric.
• Brief notes (inside the sheet or a short read-me tab) explaining the steps or formulas used, so I can audit or extend the work later.
