Excel Financial Dashboard Design

I need a skilled UI/UX designer to create an Excel dashboard focused on financial reporting. The dashboard will visualize operational data and include key customer demographics within an Excel Array.
We need to transform our 8 functional Excel-based reports into visually polished, user-friendly tools. Reducing the “Excel look and feel” Integrating charts and graphs that communicate insights clearly making the reports feel like interactive dashboards

Requirements:
-Advanced Excel skills (layouts, formulas, conditional formatting, data validation, pivot tables, charts, etc.)
- Strong background in UI/UX or dashboard design Experience turning business logic into visually compelling Excel presentations
- Understanding of business reporting or financial data is a plus Must Provide to Be Considered
- Design an intuitive and visually appealing Excel dashboard
- Focus on financial reporting with operational data visualization
- Incorporate customer demographics metrics

- Expertise in Excel, especially in dashboard creation
- Strong background in UI/UX design
- Experience in financial reporting and data visualization
