Excel File manipulation (stock file)

I need a freelancer to manipulate inventory level data in an Excel file. The task is to organize the data, with no specific calculations or analysis required. The data only needs to be updated once. Ideal skills for this job include proficiency in Excel and experience working with inventory data. Multiple excel lines will need to be merged based on a plu code, where there are multiple lines with the same plu code, we need to move one field onto the same line as the original PLU code.
For clarification, we have a stock file of approximately 7000 items, where an item has more than one barcode, there are multiple lines present- where this is the case, we need the adittional barcode on the second line moved into a cell on the same line. The goal is to have only one line per plu code, but with 4 or five barcode rows rather than the multiple rows.
