Excel File Won't Open - Recovering File Expert Needed

I was working on an excel (.xlsx) file inside Microsoft 365.
But the computer shut down unexpectedly.
Now if I try to open the file again I get the follow error below.
"Excel cannot open the file [file_name_goes_here] because the file format or file extension is not valid. Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file"
