Excel Expert for Payroll for a Small Cleaning Biz

Small cleaning business looking for help with my payroll spreadsheet. I have 8 of us in total. Ive been using a spreadsheet without any equations or anything and would love help with a template to make my life easier and payroll not be so tedious, additionally it would be way more efficient!
Ideally Id have a color for each employee, then a set price for each clean, totals, deductions, overall revenue, difference etc. I do not use any payroll software.
Relatively simple I think?
