I'm in search of an Excel expert with knowledge in Incident Management within ITIL. I have data of about 60 major incidents. I need you to:
- Put a pivot table on specific parameters
- Apply particular formulas
Your task would be to:
- Calculate Mean Time To Resolve (MTTR),
- Determine the number of incidents by category,
- Examine Mean Time to Resolution,
- Compile a summary of incidents by priority
Regarding specific calculations or formulas, you will need to calculate the average duration for both MTTR and the mean time to resolution.
