Excel Expert Needed for Financial Tool Enhancement

I'm seeking a local Excel specialist to enhance my financial forecasting/reporting tool. The structure and general format are already in place, so we're not building from scratch. The project mainly involves:
- Implementing and fine-tuning forecasting formulas
- Creating combo charts that track actuals and compare forecasts to multiple baselines
- Adding scheduled data refresh automation
These tasks require a keen understanding of financial modeling in Excel, as well as experience with dynamic charting and automation. Please note, due to data confidentiality, the selected freelancer must be local, as the data/file cannot be transmitted.
