Excel Expert Needed to Create Workbook for Lease Testing
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
This project is to automate the current lease testing workbook for accounting purposes. You can google to learn more about Lease Classification Testing Criteria under ASC 842. We need a work book created where based on the input it would calculate the test criteria and give out a result.
This is a 2 phase project. This is Phase 1, creating a simple test. Phase 2 will be building on this test to create a complete workbook with documentation areas etc..
See images of what needs to be created. I am envisioning 2 Tabs, first tab will be questionnaire that user will select and based on those questions the workbook will allow the user to go to next tabs IF applicable. I will provide all the test for 1st tab. For calculation tabs see the images as an example of what is needed. This is a high level vision and is not formatted for a professional appearance. This will give an idea of what needs to be created, calculations etc. Please add in time to format based on feedback. Also make the workbook where it can be customized by the user easily. Please note workbook needs to be able to move the user to next steps. For example, once they have completed 1st tab and based on selection IF test is required then the workbook will automatically move to next tab.
You must be able to show me how to customize if need be to change things to update etc...
