Excel Expert Needed

I need a skilled Excel expert. I have to excel file having euipment name and second excel file woth video name. Now i want to combine this into 1 excel file so when ever a euipent is selected, it shows the video having that equipment. I have max Rs 300 for this and gor sn expert it just need 30 minutes.
