Excel Expert To Fix VLOOKUP Issue

This should be a simple project for a skilled Microsoft Excel expert to fix VLOOKUP issue.
Requirements: Ensure complete range of data sets from two Excel tabs (eg. A & B) are represented on two seperate tabs (C &D) in the Excel file using VLOOKUP.
Note: the current position is that using VLOOKUP, not all the data in the two data sets (tabs A & B) is being picked up and included in the seperate C & D tabs.
This is a quick project that MUST be completed quickly. If you cannot complete the project the same day of being selected, do not bid. An Excel expert should be able to complete the project in less that an hour.
My maximum budget is $50 because I only hire skilled freelancers who are experts at what they do.
