Excel Expert- Daily Tickets off Phones

Looking to create digital ticket program for daily work, we have half created but the person we were using is no longer able to continue. Must be able to have drop downs for customers and products and be able to be run on multiple phones at same time with search functions to track employee hours and daily costs of PO's.
