Excel Expert - Creating Estimating Tool

For a design-build construction company:
We have an existing questionnaire spreadsheet that would be completed with a client by our architect. We also have an existing Performa and P&L spreadsheet.
We'd like the outputs of the questionnaire to populate the inputs of the Performa to create an example P&L for clients.
This will require retooling the Performa inputs to match outputs from the questionnaire. The spreadsheets should be kept separate to avoid too many tabs, so it may require setting up a basic relational database.
Final product should be user-friend, with the option for at least four different pricing models.

Migrating outside of Excel is fine if there's a better platform for what we're trying to accomplish.
