Excel Enhancements for ZATCA Compliance

I need an Excel expert who can add several functions to my Excel sheet to align with ZATCA standards.
Requirements:
- Data validation: Ensure all types of data (numerical data, text entries, date and time entries) are accurate and compliant.
- Automated calculations: Primarily summations and averages.
- Custom reports: Generate specific reports as needed.
- Date should be dd/mm/yyyy regardless region clock on any computer or laptop.
Ideal skills and experience include:
- Proficiency in Excel with a strong understanding of data validation, automated calculations and report generation.
- Experience in aligning Excel functions with ZATCA standards would be a significant advantage.
- Ability to understand and implement complex instructions.
