Excel-Driven App with PDF Reports -- 2

Job ID: 39814256

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I keep all of my core logic in a single, well-structured Excel sheet and now I’d like a small desktop program that turns that sheet into a polished, locked-down tool. The workflow is simple: the user opens the program, enters mixed data (numbers, text, anything the current kits require), presses a button, and instantly sees the statistical results—mean, median, standard deviation—pulled straight from the underlying workbook. From there, one more click should export a branded PDF report.

Visual appeal matters most to me. I’m picturing a clean, modern interface with clear typography and colour cues so even a first-time user knows exactly where to type, where to edit kit-specific fields, and where to press “Generate”. If you prefer WPF, WinForms, Electron, or a web wrapper, that’s fine as long as you can skin it attractively and keep the experience lightning fast.

Because this tool may be installed on several lab PCs, I need a simple security key or activation routine so every copy stays under our control without frustrating legitimate users.

Deliverables:
• Executable application that calls the embedded single-sheet workbook for its calculations
• Editable settings area for kit-specific fields
• Statistical engine wired to the existing formulas (or re-created in code if performance warrants)
• One-click PDF export that mirrors our current print layout
• Licensing / key-based activation system with basic install guide

and could we make it on web site and user register to use that calculator

If you have questions about the sheet structure or want to suggest the best tech stack, just let me know—happy to share a sample file once we start.
