Excel Document to word
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
I have an excel document that is 16 pages. I want someone to convert it to a word document and have it look the same when printed.
The reason I want to change it from excel to word is because in excel when you make any changes it throws out other parts of the documents. words, sentences are hidden and I then need to re-read thw hole document and change to size of the sells to make it work.
I want a very user friendly word document that I can go in and add words, sentences, paragraph and it changes the document and doesn't change all of the formatting.
I want to be able to add or remove sections such as see numbers on left side. I want to remove section 5 and then the numbers calculate so number six becomes number 5. I want the same to happen if I add a new section say in between numbers 5 and 6.
The other numbers on the right side I want those to renumber correctly too if I add or remove cell numbers.
You need to create a quick access sheet showing me how to make the appropriate changes and the changes need to be made easily.
I may require you to assist me a few times after I put the document in use until I get use to it.
I want the whole document easy to modify so it doesn't ruin the formatting. If I remove sections or pages or add sections or pages it must be easy to do.
You must proof read the new document so that it is all correct
If you can modernise the document so that it looks more professional and add in may be a colour picture of our crane very small near our logo. I will supply a photo
