Excel Developer for Farm-level Map Design

I need an experienced MS Excel developer to design a workbook for me. This workbook should be able to:
- Import a CSV file
- Display the data on a farm-level map, showing different blocks on the farm
The CSV file will have multiple columns with location data and various attributes. One of the key data attributes contained in the CSV file will be the progress of irrigation instructions.
The map visualization should be represented as colored blocks.
