Excel Demographic Stats Analysis

I have a set of patient-demographic data that I need quickly summarized in Excel. The task is strictly descriptive—no hypothesis testing or forecasting—so please focus on:
• Mean and median for the key numeric fields (age, length of stay, etc.).
• Frequency distributions for the categorical fields (gender, region, insurance type, and similar).
All work can be handled with built-in Excel tools such as pivot tables, simple formulas, or data-analysis add-ins; I don’t need external software or advanced macros. A concise summary sheet that clearly presents the results and a clean, well-labeled workbook are the only deliverables.
Turnaround is more important to me than elaborate formatting, but the formulas should remain intact so I can update the file later if new records arrive.
