Excel Database for Food Rescue Donations

I'm seeking an expert in Excel to help me create a comprehensive database to track records of donations to a food rescue organization. This database will be pivotal in managing, tracking and reviewing the value and what we rescue each week/month.
Key Tasks:
- Tracking inventory: I need to monitor food and miscellaneous items received. This includes noting the dates, the organization the items came from, and the value of these items.
- Generating Reports: The database should be able to generate detailed reports of donations categorized by type.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Excel with experience in database creation.
- Prior experience working with non-profit organizations would be an advantage.
- Ability to create complex but user-friendly Excel reports.
