Excel Database of Independent Hotels
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a detailed and clean Excel database of independent hotels (less than 50 rooms) in three cities: Athens, Porto, and Lisbon. This will help support SirFrog’s business development goals.
Responsibilities
1. Market Research & Data Collection
- Identify independent hotels (<50 rooms) in each city
- Use OTA platforms (Booking.com, Expedia), Google Maps, TripAdvisor, and LinkedIn
- Focus on hotels not part of large chains or global brands
2. Database Entry & Validation
- Populate the Excel sheet (template provided)
- Ensure accuracy, remove duplicates, verify key contact information
3. Contact Sourcing
- Identify owner/operator/GM/decision-maker if available
- Find contact emails, phone numbers, or LinkedIn URLs
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Excel
- Attention to detail
- Experience with data collection and organization
- Familiarity with hotel industry and relevant databases
