Excel Database Export to Formatted Page

We are seeking a skilled Excel/Word expert to export a database to a formatted page conforming to the formatting requirements of an SB08 document
I have an MS Word version of the document, however the tables need to be dynamic to adjust in length to the amount of items exported.
The information in the excel document is US Patent Documents formatted as (Document Number, Publication Date, and Name of Patentee), Foreign Patent Documents formatted as (Country Code, Publication Date, and Name of Patentee), and Non-Patent Literature formatted as a string of characters.
