Excel Data from Images.

I have 287 contacts within 8 images. I need this data transferred to an Excel sheet. There are two columns, one with the company name and one with the email address. Additionally, I require a third column for the contact names, as found in their email addresses. This is urgent, and I need someone to start and finish it ASAP.
