Dashboard Layout Concepts
• Coverage Page or Top Banner with Key Metrics:
• Live Deals: Total EBITDA under LOI (breakout: Pedo, Ortho, OMS, GP)
• Key Metrics: Ex.: At-close multiples, etc.
• Active Outstanding: Total EBITDA (same specialty breakout)
• Under Review: Total EBITDA (same specialty breakout)
• Deals in Focus / Go-Gets: Total EBITDA (same specialty breakout)
Filtering & Sorting Enhancements
• Status: Drop-down menu (Under Review, New Lead, On Hold) – sortable to reduce clutter
• Specialty: Drop-down filter (Pedo, OMS, Ortho, GP) – allows quick drill-down (e.g., focus on Pedo)
• Market Designation: Sortable tag (In-Market vs. New Market)
Process Tracking Tools
• Next Steps Drop-Down: Options: Initial Diligence, Intro Call, On-Site, IOI Due, LOI Due
• Could be a key dashboard metric to spotlight during calls
Visual Aids
