I need help with reviewing and validating three Excel spreadsheets. The task involves comparing numeric values across sheets and organizing valid entries.
Requirements for 1 & 2:
- Compare numeric values from one sheet to another.
- Create a new sheet with only valid entries.
For the 3rd task, identify and highlight exceptions for values not contained in the valid values spreadsheets.
Ideal Skills & Experience:

- Ability to handle 1,000 to 10,000 rows of data
