Excel Data Sorting and Arrangement Assistance

I need a freelancer to help me with sorting and arranging my mixed data in Excel. The data is a combination of both text and numeric, and I am unsure how to bulk arrange it into the correct fields/columns.
Each client has First Name, Surname, Phone Number, Email Address, Age and Insurance Cost. This has been provided to me in text format in word document. I need to find a quick way to get the information from the word document into its respective columns in Excel.
I AM LOOKING FOR ADVICE/TUTORIAL ON HOW TO DO THE ABOVE.
You will need to:
- Sort my mixed data in Excel
- Provide advice on best practices for data arrangement
