Excel Data Parsing: Address Separation from City, State, Zip (1 column into 4)

I need assistance separating address components in an Excel spreadsheet. The data is currently in one column and needs to be split into four: address, city, state, and zip. The city is always in all caps and the state is consistently Texas. The zip code follows the state.
I NEED THE SHEET (PREFERABLY EXCEL) TO HAVE A BUTTON ON IT TO PERFORM THIS FUNCTION ON ADDITIONAL LISTS I IMPORT INTO THE SHEET - UP TO 10,000 ROWS !!
