Excel Data Extraction and Sorting

I need help extracting and sorting product descriptions from an Excel file containing over 5700 cells.
We have an excel worksheet containing Product Description Details in an irregular format. I want someone to Read every cell and extract and bifurcate details into other columns as aplicable.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Excel
- Attention to detail
- Experience with data extraction and sorting
- Familiar to electrical components like MCCB, MCB, ELCB, Switches, Wires, Busbar... is a bonus
