Excel Data Duplication & Structuring

I need help duplicating a specific MCID number across an Excel spreadsheet. The task involves repeating the number 5 times for each of 5 countries (UK, DE, IT, FR, ES). Plus revert it from cvs to excel.

- Specific Formatting: Each duplicated entry must follow the existing template that I've started.
